Child Find
LPSD, the Public Health Nurses and the Community Health Aide Program work together to provide general health and developmental screening for children ages 3 through 21 in the district, as required by law. A signed parent permission slip is needed for your child to take part.
Immunization Requirements
Alaska requires all children in public and private schools to be immunized unless they are exempt or immune (7 AAC 57.550 and 4 AAC 06.055). Immunization records, or an exemption form, must be on file at the school.
